Side bet amendment Date: 21 March 2011   An amendment was proposed, by someone, and seconded, by someone else. It stated that for the purpose of side bets, a golfer has to come to rest on the par 3 green in play (regular or winter) from the tee shot. A drop on to the green, however legitimate, will invalidate the attempt by the player to compete for the bit(s) on that hole.
