Golf The Park - This Dave Thomas designed golf course surrounds the 5* hotel and overlooks a typical Yorkshire landscape of hills and dales. The picturesque parkland course is in the midst of a ?7.5m investment from De Vere and is constantly improving with meandering fairways, strategically placed bunkers and subtle, undulating greens. The redevelopment is due to be completed in late 2007, but until then, this excellent course remains a demanding test for golfers of all abilities. 18 holes. Par 71. 6,459 yards. Parkland.
